He’s either super fit or has been very poor at some point. I prefer Mayo and the can is a bit cumbersome but it’s not that weird.

If you’re broke AF, this stuff can save your life.

I would advise mayo+mustard instead. Struggle tuna salad. Ketchup is wild to me but at least they’re getting protein.

  4. Salt + Pepper + your favorite hot sauce > ketchup

in the future this will be considered a delicacy

I prefer mustard, but it works, I guess.

I do this, but with Mustard. I also go to the gym three times a week, so it’s a neat hack to get some quick protein in my system while also fulfilling my hunger a bit. Works wonders.

Had a bodybuilder friend that did this with grape jelly just to help hork it down

  9. He’s zigging when everyone else is zagging. I applaud the originality

That’s bordering on eating cat food

    I don’t waste food so I would….but….whew

Onions and mayo, ketchup and tuna. #foodporn

Do this with some mayo and hot sauce and throw it between some toast and you have a dank lil tuna sandwich.

Is he/she trying to cut body fat? Canned tuna in water is like 20(ish) grams of protein and only like 90 calories. It’s fantastic. Probably wouldn’t eat it at work though lmao.

It’s more stupid that you ask this question
